Neil Leslie Diamond (født 24. januar 1941 i Brooklyn, New York, USA) er en amerikansk sanger, gitarist og komponist. Neil Diamond har vært en av popmusikkens mest varige og suksessfulle artister og låtskrivere. Han har hatt topphits både i på 1970-, 1980- og 1990-tallet.

14. desember 2010 ble det kjent at han ville bli tatt opp i Rockens æresgalleri, sammen med blant andre Alice Cooper, Darlene Love, Dr. John og Tom Waits. Opptakseremonien var 14. mars 2011 på Waldorf-Astoria i New York City.
