Avoid if possible -- better Temptations compilations exist. Two Smokey Robinson productions, "My Girl" and "Since I Lost My Baby," track with Norman Whitfield's more complex endeavors. Radio edits are the main annoyances, and major bones of contention for those who preferred album cuts. Lead singers Dennis Edwards, David Ruffin, Eddie Kendricks, and Richard Street bring back fond memories. With the exception of "Hey Girl (I Like Your Style)," a slow doo-wop-flavored teaser, the selections are well-known.
