"Glimmer" is the third full length studio album from American singer/songwriter Kim Richey, released August 3, 1999 on the Mercury label. kim wrote about the album "One foot in New York and the other in London - that’s how this one got made. I felt like I had to do something to shake myself up. It was scary and exciting to make a record so far out of my comfort zone. In a way, these songs were more personal than the first couple of records".
