"Next" is the second album by The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. The album was released in 1973. It was released separately on CD, though it is widely available on a 2 in 1 album, the other album being their debut album Framed.
Next produced the Sensational Alex Harvey Band's first hit single with "Faith Healer," the creepy tale of a religious con artist.It is considered to be their best-sounding album, thanks to the efforts of Phil Wainman, a producer best known for his work with the likes of Sweet and the Bay City Rollers.
