Merlin is the eighth studio album by Dutch progressive rock band Kayak released in 1981 on the Vertigo label. The first half of the original LP is a concept-story about Merlin the magician. The second half of the LP is a collection of individual songs.
In 2003, Kayak released a re-worked and longer version of the Merlin-story, under the title Merlin - Bard Of The Unseen.
The album was re-issued in Japan on the Belle Antique label and featured one bonus track "Merlin (Live 2008)".
