"No Ruinous Feud" is an album released by The Incredible String Band in 1973.
The ISB began to change its approach in 1971, cutting back on its sometimes open-ended song structures and adding a rock rhythm section to selected tracks. But it wasn't until this album that everything came together, resulting in a delightful collection of songs that range from reggae to light pop, along with the traditional folk styles that had always been the group's strong suit.
The LP marked yet another personnel shake up, this line up including multi-instrumentalist Gerard Dott and former Stone Monkey dancer-cum-musician Malcolm LeMaistre.
Here the band sticks to a folk-rock sound with drums and bass on nearly every song, but its still not an electric rock album as nearly every song is predominantly acoustic.
