Beware of Dog is the debut album by American rapper Lil' Bow Wow. It was released on September 26, 2000 on So So Def and Columbia Records. Producer Jermaine Dupri and songwriter/producer Bryan-Michael Cox worked with Lil' Bow Wow for the album.
The lead single was "Bounce with Me". The song was originally released on the soundtrack for the film Big Momma's House. The album debuted at number eight on the US Billboard 200 chart, with 101,000 copies sold in the first week released. The album was certified 2x platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on March 5, 2001. The album reached platinum status in Canada, selling over 100,000 copies.
