You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

The album is removed correctly. I suspect this started when the reporting system was improved last week.

This bug is still present.

Also, after removing an album can we automatically return to the artist? Currently after removing an album I have to click back in the browser to return to the album I've just removed then click on the artist.

Fanart.tv changed their URL for the webservice 2.0

Should be fixed now.

I've also added a link to go back to the artist ;)

Hi there,
I'm new here and really appreciate all the work you guys put into this site! Keep it up!

Not sure if this has been reported already but a quick search through the forum didn't show anything similar...

Anyway, I've added a few Artists in the last few days and stumbled across a little issue with special characters in links.

First one is this: http://theaudiodb.com/artist/131892 (I'm Not a Band)
Second one this: http://theaudiodb.com/artist/131893 (Gypsy & The Cat)

Basically links that are trying to use the artist name rather than the id are all incorrect. For example on my Profile page the links to these artists look like this:
http://theaudiodb.com/artist/I --> Opens the wrong artist
http://theaudiodb.com/artist/Gypsy-&-The-Cat --> Results in a Artist not found message

Also on the artists' pages external links like to Last.fm aren't always correct either in these cases.

Cheers!

I posted this problem on the previous page ;) http://www.theaudiodb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2094#p2094.

I didn't know about the last.fm part though (want to add the discogs/allmusic/amazon links having issues as well), so you are adding something new!

The links are currently auto generated which is why some don't work.

I'll have a look at what links we actually need in the future. 95% of them should work as its just the artist name.

When adding albums using the new add album feature (that lists artist missing albums), they are always imported as Studio Album, even though they are listed correctly (Live, Compilation, etc.) in the selection list.

I'm now getting that same MySQL error when I try to report an album for not appearing correctly. It's when I try reporting the Radiohead album 'I Might be Wrong' because even though it's listed as a radiohead album it doesn't appear on their artist page and therefore won't scrape correctly.

zag will have to look into that issue, and also fix albums not being displayed/returned by API where release year is 0.

The musicbrainz link at the bottom of the album points to artist instead of release-group. ie:

http://musicbrainz.org/artist/09e0f7bc-3171-45ac-95e4-fd10d3799850

instead of

http://musicbrainz.org/release-group/09e0f7bc-3171-45ac-95e4-fd10d3799850

The id is the correct one for the release group though.
