Alexei Kruglov ( Born 5 September 1979 in Pavlovsky Posad ) is a Russian musician ( basset horn , flute , soprano -, baritone and alto saxophone ) and composer of free jazz and improvised Music .
Life and work :
Alexei Kruglow grew up near Moscow, first learning piano in a music school. Later he studied at the Sergei Kazarnovsky Center and had lessons in improvisation with Arkady Shilkloper . As a student of the Gnessin Institute Moscow , he began to write his first compositions; his song - 494 + I won the special prize of a festival in the jazz club The Blue Bird . In 2000, he participated in the jazz festival in the Hermitage (Saint Petersburg) , played with Gary Bartz in Moscow, and worked in the multimedia performance Fontana Re (mix) after John Cage on the AlternativaFestival with.
