The group, formed in 1988 and originally comprised of two guitarists / singers Federico Pellegrini and Stéphane Louvain, Gaëtan Chataignier on bass, Eric Pifeteau on drums and Olivier Champain keyboards and harmonica, was joined by Laurent Allinger the turntables in 1998. that same year they released their fourth album Yeah containing their first hit: La Piscine.
After recording six albums, one of the group's leaders, Federico Pellegrini, announced in a statement October 26, 2005 in the issue of Bernard Lenoir on France Inter separation of the group. Part of the group now officiates as backing band of singer Katerine as the Human Sect.
Federico Pellegrini after an album with Helena Noguerra as the Dillinger Girl and Baby Face Nelson, is launching a new project in 2006, French Cowboy, with three of the Little Rabbits, Gaëtan Chataignier, Stéphane Louvain and Eric Pifeteau. Gaëtan Chataignier also officiates as a director and signed in 2006 include the live DVD of Cali, "Life is not enough."
