Lone Kellermann Ekelund (20 March 1943 in Soeborg - 30 April 2005 in Stubbekobing ) was a Danish singer and actor.

Lone Kellermann was in the 1970s and 1980s a great asset to the Danish blues and rock scene, and she unfolded alongside his talent on the boards of a number of revues and plays.

The popular breakthrough came on her second album, Før Natten Bli'r Til Dag, in 1978 with the Lone Kellermann atypical song See Venice and die, which was a gift from Kim Larsen. It was actually written for Gasolin ', and was intended as their contributions for use in the Danish Melodi Grand Prix in 1978, but Kim Larsen gave Lone Kellerman & Rockbandet this song. In Rock Band, which was Lone Keller's regular band, played Bear Uglebjerg drums. He had at one time been the drummer in Gasolin '. The song was a huge hit for Kellermann, and is the one that generations immediately associate her with.

Kellermann was originally trained nanny and leisure educator. From the early 1960s, she began to get much in the environment around Jazzhus Montmartre in Store Regnegade in Copenhagen, and in 1970 she made her debut as a singer in the band Blues Power. In 1976, she starred on the support plate for Christiania Christiania with the song Fight Song, and subsequently moved Lone Kellermann itself in Freetown. That same year, she formed the Lone Kellermann and rock band, and she starred in another of the great protest plates Nuclear power - No Thanks with a song written by Tom Lundén, "Last Verses."

Plate debut came in 1977, and among the participants were three members from Gasolin and Lis Sørensen, Billy Cross and Tom Lundén, which produced together with Ivan Horn. In total, she released four plates in the years 1977-1981, but the last two plates was not a success, either artistically or commercially, and it was actually her goodbye to rock music.

Her last rock album of 1981 was called out on your own. This release was focused a little more on the plate came with four different covers. The cover was the same in terms of visuals and imagined a lady with a T-shirt imprinted plate title. But the colors of the T-shirt varied: green, yellow, pink, and turquoise.

It was over the years also for individual film roles, including the role of Olivia in Astrid Henning-Jensen's film adaptation of Dea Trier Mørch's book Winter Children. In 1987 she became the lead singer of Christianshavn Blue Band, among others spoke the two previous Gasolin' members Franz Beckerlee and Soren Berlev. The band had an extensive tour company until 1993, but the music was first released in 2000. In 1993, she also successful with Benny Holst and Arne Würgler with the sailor and the stars.

On stage was Lone Kellermann in 1979 hired by Volmer Sorensen Cirkusrevyen at Bakken, where the reviewers spoke of her as a new Liva Weel. In addition, she has performed with Jytte Abildstrøm in the Great Hall and with Niels Skousen.

When Lone Kellermann in 2001 sang See Venice and die in the TV program Fællessang Bakken, it was her final goodbye to the music scene. She then moved to the province, far away from the limelight. In 2003 and 2004 she starred however, two CDs from Bookplate: first with the song's wife and shepherd dog on Holger Laumanns and Vagn Lundbye Animal Fables, partly in tribute CD to Benny the occasion of Benny Andersen's 75th birthday, where Lone Kellerman half a year before his death recorded the Svantes Svanesang - The hours are so short.

Kellermann is buried at Stubbekobing Cemetery on Falster.
