Originally from Brussels, Dimitri Rondeau and Ronald Dondez joined forces to form Driving Dead Girl in 2003. The band has had to change its line up several times over the last few years.
In 2004, the band was selected to participate in the Dour Festival, the first important step in the band's life. This was followed by several interesting opening acts (The Rakes, Queen Adreena, Radio4, Tokyo Sex Destruction, Black Angels, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Lords Of Altamont, Thee oh Sees,...).
After a few demos, the band decided to record an album. A selection of 7 tracks was recorded in live conditions and mixed in two months. From there, "50.000 Dead girls can't be wrong" was born.
