"Righteous Vendetta" is an American Christan metalcore band that originated in Wyoming.in 2008 around the talents of vocalist Ryan Hayes, drummer Isaiah Perez, bass player Matt Neddermeyer, and guitarists Justin Olmstead and Carl Heiman.
Righteous Vendetta has come a long way from their humble beginnings at a community college in western Wyoming. Through hundreds of thousands of miles on the road, and numerous tours, they have established themselves as a veteran act with more than a few notches on their proverbial belt.
From their inception, Righteous Vendetta has never been comfortable with sitting still. After releasing two full-length albums on Red Cord Records and touring extensively on that material, they decided it was time for a change, "After some ideas were tossed around, we decided to try something that would really challenge our songwriting skills and push us to our creative limits. So we took the intensity and high-energy of our older metalcore sound and tried to take it in a more appealing direction”, writes guitarist Justin Olmstead.Though the band’s style has changed with their latest release, their brand of hook-infused rock has found fans on the airwaves and at venues throughout the country.
The lineup shifted a bit before it solidified as Hayes, guitarists Justin Olmstead and Justin Smith, bassist Riley Haynie, and drummer Zack Goggins.
