There are at least 4 artists with the name Slot: 1) Russian alternative nu-metal band from Moscow officially typefaced as СЛОТ. Also seen sometimes as Слот and Сл0т. Official site: http://www.slot.ru. 2) Slot is a brazillian band formed in 2002 in the city of São Paulo. The bands influences are: The Beatles, Stray Cats, Elvis Presley, Ramones, The Clash and Buzzcocks. The band performed with some important bands at the brazillian indie/independent scene like Autoramas, Kid Vinil, Seychelles, Dance of Days and Ação Direta. 3) Slot is a trio hailing from the Detroit metro area. The members are: Sue Lott -- bass/vocals, Eddie Alterman -- drums, Billy Rivkin -- guitar. They formed in winter of 1991 and have played shows with the likes of the Rollins Band, the Cows, and the Afghan Whigs, and have appeared on Lollapalooza's second stage. 4)German electronic musician Uwe Schmidt, most known as Atom Heart.
