The Frank and Joe Show is led by virtuoso guitarist Frank Vignola and master percussionist Joe Ascione. They are ably complemented by a merry band including rhythm guitar, bass guitar, and two additional percussionists, making a great sextet. Based in New York City, the Frank and Joe Show holds court on Sundays at Sweet Rhythm in Greenwich Village. Their songbook stretches from gypsy swing to modern jazz and classic pop standards, including hits from such artists as Cole Porter, Louis Armstrong, the Doobie Brothers and even Mozart. The Frank and Joe Show is one of the hottest groups to emerge from New York City in recent memory!
