"A Dream Outside" is the debut full length studio album from British indie rock band, Gengahr, released 15 June 2015 on the Transgressive Records label.
A Dream Outside received positive reviews from most music critics. At Metacritic, which assigns a normalised rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album received an average score of 79, based on 10 reviews, which indicates "generally favorable reviews".
Haydon Spenceley of Clash Magazine wrote, "It might be jumping the gun a bit to call them the 'saviours of British guitar music', or anything along those lines, but it must surely rank amongst the finest guitar-driven debut album to be coughed up by British music thus far in 2015."
