"10" is an album by English folk musician Kate Rusby, released in 2002. It is a collection of Kate’s favourite tracks after performing for ten years – all re-recorded with some live tracks and unique tracks not recorded elsewhere.
The 15 tracks include seven re-recorded versions of previously recorded tracks, four songs lifted from her earlier releases, two live tracks and two 'new' recordings. Rusby has been performing these selections for years, and her new takes on them reveal a restless artist searching for a different path to the heart of familiar songs. Includes musical assistance from John McCusker, Ian Carr, and Andy Cutting.
