Mini World is the debut album of French singer-songwriter, Indila. It was firstly released on February 24, 2014 in Turkey and once it was released it went number one in the French iTunes chart.

The album is produced by the French producer, Skalp, who has produced songs that Indila was featured on.

She released her gorgeous 1st solo single,"Deniere Danse"(The Last Dance) on December 3, 2013 and it became a hit. Mini World is an exceptional album from start to finish. There isn't a bad song on this album.

User Album Review
I'm an instrumental whore. I don't care what language a song is in if the instrumental is beautiful or interesting, which is why this album is right up my ally. It also helps that Indila has a beautifully clear, expressive voice. The album begins with my favorite track "Deniere Danse", a sweeping, passionate song about the end of a love. It's dramatic pop perfection that makes me want to pirouette around my living room. "Tourner Dans Le Vide" and "Love Story" have a similar epic feel without actually sounding alike.

The album starts to change up the sound around the guitar driven "S.O.S" and the folksy pop number "Comme Un Bateau". Listeners get an infusion of sass and fun in the reggae, Ace of Base-ish "Run Run". The chorus is gold and the lyrics about people too committed to their jobs are extremely relatable. "Ego" is dramatic with it's choral background in the chorus, but the beat is infectious and filled with attitude. "Boite En Argent " and "Tu Ne M'entends Pas" call back to the previous soothing and folk sounds on the record. The album finishes with the slow, haunting title track "Mini World". The three bonus tracks don't change the arrangements much, but the beefed up instrumentals are gorgeous.

French pop I have learn't is a bit hit and miss for me. Indila is definitively hitting the "hit" side of it. Very powerful pop material, and after a few catchy tracks for warm up on the album, she fully blasts out a brilliantly melodic kind of Middle Eastern pop meets French pop and manages to get just about a perfect balance in the material. The album has a high catchiness in many aspects, as both the music and the vocal parts are really nice. Very solid album, which has plenty of hit potential.

It's no wonder Indila is topping French charts with her debut, when listening to her wonderful, oriental styled singing. I just love that. And I'm not the only one since also her video Dernière dance has gained over 311 millions views in Youtube so far! Quite an achievement for French pop song!
