Album Description
Available in:
"Spiral Staircase" first released forty years ago in 1969, was Ralph McTells 2nd LP produced by Gus Dudgeon on the Transatlantic lable. The tracks are all written by Mctell apart from two,"Kind Hearted Woman Blues" a Robert Johnson classic and "My Baby keeps staying out all night long".

Its opening track, "Streets of London", has become McTell's signature tune. Although this acoustic version is different from the mid-'70s re-recording that made it to number two in the British charts.
